Ok so it not the biggest bargain ever, but inspired straight from the AW14 Catwalks this Radley Greenwich tote is a bargain compared to some of them, at just £379 and it has stepped up their fashion stakes hugely in my opinion. Pick it up here.

A few of my favourites from this years Met Ball, its always a great place to look for what trends are still going strong and what new ones are standing out.
Firstly I was so happy to see the bags carried over from the Burberry Prorsum Mens Collections carried over into their ready-to-wear collection as I completely fell in love with them then.
The hand-painted, little house on the prairie feel to this show was different from their SS14 show but all the same elements were still there … it was feminine, elegant and had told it’s story beautifully.
So London Mens Collection is in full swing and it is always useful for us to know what is going on in menswear as I find it can be just as inspiring as women wear …. sometimes dare I say it more so?
This was most defiantly the case with Burberry Prorsum. I loved it!!! The feminine androgyny of the collection and show actually made me think this could of easily been converted into a womens wear collection. The bags I adored about as much as any bag I have coverted recently. The draped silk scarves I can quickly see becoming a huge SS14 trend. Some of the textiles reminded me of the recent Chanel Show (see link here).
Another thing I noticed from the majority of the mens collection is black, looks like just as with womens wear black is not going anywhere fast.
Flattering to both blondes and brunettes plum is a winter colour that comes round again and again but is rarely the star of the show and instead a best supporting actress role. As a great alternative to red at christmas and with Burberry making it the star of their AW13 collection I am going to follow in the famous fashion houses footsteps and channel plum more than normal. It is also a great transitional colour to lead from summer to autumn and winter to spring …. whats not to love.
