Milan & Paris AW14
Sorry the round up is a little late … but better late than never. Milan & Paris fashion week was beautiful and emulated the trends of their predecessors New York and London. Fur, oversized knits, slouch/sexy separates and beautiful fabrics.
The stand outs for me where Elie Saab and Chloe, above and in order.
LFW AW14 Roundup … Lucas Nascimento
Lucas Nascimento was my hands down favourite from LFW AW14. The colours, the printed knits, knits as evening wear, animal print, simplistic shapes … I could go on.
I will be dreaming of owning this collection … cannot wait to see it in stores. I imagine touching it will be just as pleasing to the feel as seeing it was to the eye.
LFW AW14 Roundup … Joseph
I can easily see Josephs collections being adapted to the high street for AW14 very easily. The simplistic elegance of the looks and again heavily focused on letting the fabrics doing the talking. I am seeing being able to get something close to this entire collection in COS come Autumn.
LFW AW14 Roundup … Topshop Unique
The colour palette of this collection is my dream wardrobe colours, neutrals, blues and a whole load of greys.
Topshop Unique kept it simple and focused again like most of the LFW shows on their fabrics and the beauty of combining and layering silks, wools, leathers and fur.
